This is a 6 week program designed to deliver results specifically for men, so if your looking to lose some of that beer belly, tone those arms or get generally fitter and healthier, then this is the programme for you!!
Train with a group of like minded fellas, before work, in our purpose designed fitness facility close to Clifton Moor. The workouts will utilise; kettlebells, weights, battle ropes, tyres, ploy boxes, rowers, ski ergs, bike ergs mixed together with a heavy sprinkling of body weight exercises and boxing!
All abilities welcome, sense of humour required!
