What is it?

TurboFit is our newest fitness program designed to progress clients using advanced training techniques to take your fitness goals and targets up a gear
Non stop 45 minute class incorporating Concept 2 rowers, Kettlebells, Skipping, Dumbells, Barbells, Sprints and body weight exercises linked together in a time based workout format.

Who is it for?

TurboFit is aimed at intermediate to advanced ability levels who want to change their current workout and try out advanced techniques in a safe and effective workout.

How does it work?

By utilising time based programming and advanced training techniques for a full body high intensity session

What times is it on?

Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s 10:30-11:15

Saturday’s 09:00-10:00

What should I do next?

Just turn up 10 minutes prior to your first session in order to complete the pre exercise forms and introduction to the session
